Consumers receive messages only after providing their phone number directly to the business and consenting to receive communications. Consent is obtained by the business at the point of contact -for example, when a consumer calls the business, submits a contact form, requests an estimate, or provides their phone number during scheduling. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on the nature of the interaction. Consumers may receive multiple messages related to an active service engagement (for example, an appointment reminder followed by a completion notification and a review request). Recurring automated messages will not exceed the scope of the consumer's engagement with the business.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate contact with the business.

Curb provides AI-powered call answering and routing on behalf of businesses that use our platform. When a consumer calls a business using Curb, we may process the call audio to classify the caller's intent and route the call appropriately. Call metadata (phone number, timestamp, duration, classification) is logged and available to the business.

We retain business customer account information for as long as the account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Consumer contact information and message history are retained for the duration of the business customer's active subscription and for a reasonable period afterward for compliance and record-keeping purposes.
