Curb ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Curb web and mobile
application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we
collect, use, store, and share information when you use our Service.
By accessing or using Curb, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you
do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

1.3 Property Data

providers and publicly available sources. This information may
include parcel identifiers, addresses, assessed values, property
characteristics, and neighborhood-level demographic statistics.
We do not collect or store personal information about
individual homeowners (such as homeowner names, phone
numbers, or personal email addresses).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

laws, including do-not-knock ordinances and no-solicitation signage
requirements in the areas where you operate.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share information with the following categories of service
providers, solely to operate the Service:
- Payment processors — to securely process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting, email delivery, file storage, push notifications, and serverless compute.
- Mapping and geocoding services — for map rendering and address lookup.
- AI service providers — for property analysis, upgrade visualizations, and sales-talking-point generation. Property images and data may be sent to these providers for processing.
- Messaging services — for SMS and email delivery of verification codes and notifications.
- Analytics services — for anonymized website usage statistics.
- Form processing services — for contact form submissions on our marketing site.
These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data in
accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable law. We
encourage you to review their policies.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
Our marketing site uses cookies from third-party analytics tools for anonymized
traffic analysis. The Curb application itself does not
use cookies. Session and preference data in the app is stored in your
browser's local storage. Sensitive values (authentication tokens,
user data, membership details) are encrypted with AES before being
stored. You may clear local storage through your browser settings at
any time; doing so will sign you out.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is
active or as needed to provide the Service. To request deletion of
your account and associated personal data, email us at
admin@curb-sales.com. We will process deletion requests within a
reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or
for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical
safeguards to protect your information, including:
- AES encryption of session data stored on your device.
- Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS/TLS.
- Tokenized payment processing—card details never touch our servers.
- Cloud infrastructure with access controls, secrets management, and encryption at rest.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We
cannot guarantee absolute security but strive to use commercially
acceptable means to protect your data.
7. Your Rights & Choices
- Access & correction: you can view and update your profile information in the Service at any time.
- Account deletion: you may request deletion of your account by contacting us. We will process requests within 30 days.
- Location permissions: you may revoke location access through your device or browser settings.
- Push notifications: you can disable push notifications from your device settings or within the app.
- Communication preferences: you can manage email, SMS, and notification preferences in your account settings.
If you are a resident of California, the European Economic Area, or
another jurisdiction with specific data-protection laws, you may
have additional rights. Please contact us for more information.
8. Children's Privacy
Curb is a business-to-business service and is not directed at
children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a
child, we will delete it promptly.
9. Do Not Contact
The Service includes a "Do Not Contact" feature that allows users to
flag individual properties. When a property is flagged, it is
excluded from lead generation for all users within the same company
account.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify
you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the
Service and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued
use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the
revised policy.
